PAY DUES

It is very important that the association dues are paid on time as they are used to pay for items and services such

as insurance, lawn service, water service, general maintenance of amenities, etc. When dues are not paid on time it

can cause an unnecessary increase in dues for all members.

If you wish to make payments by check, please make checks payable to "Park Charleston Homeowners Association,

We are also providing an alternative way to pay your dues on time using your credit card or echeck processing. One

way to avoid the $25.00 late fee and the 18% interest charges for unpaid dues is by paying with your credit card. We

currently accept the following:
